Position Senior Project Administrator & Supervisor Feb. 2008- till date

1-Working in a challenging IT Business environment founded to manage a large IT Facilities (IT outsourcing) such as Xenel group.

2-With robust experience in implementing SAP solutions to be in the line with the same parameters of SAP-MENA

3-Monitoring Projects progress using the most sophisticated implementation methodology ASAP, Accelerated SAP and the known SAP implementation Road Map. Supervised Xecas SAP related projects resources deployment, within agreed time and budget.

Responsibilities

Project Planning

Coordinate with the project and delivery managers to set up the project resources , Implementation phases to maximize company profit within the time line

Provide a planning support to the Project stakeholders to optimize Xecas human resource to be aligned with the overall deployment strategy.

Resources Deployment

Communicate regularly with overseas employment organizations (recruiters)

Focus on utilizing the consultants efficiently and assigning them to projects or orders based on demand, qualifications, and availability.

Constant monitoring of Consultants movements to multi projects in and out of Saudi Arabia, and ensure a proper utilization of our full-time consultants.



Time and Budget Control

Monitor/ Follow-up the Projects timeline and budget, and match the quality of delivery with Customers expectations.

Attend weekly projects operational meetings to address key modifications for projects, risks, scope, scheduling, resource planning, mobilization, and project logistics.

Enhance the finance to collect the agreed Payment by the end of the each phase.
